The First Step Is The Hardest

My Coaching Approach
I believe that most of us have innate wisdom and power that we haven't learned to utilize. They get buried underneath limiting beliefs, social conditioning, and our life story - what I call the 'shoulds' and shouldn'ts' of our lives.
Once we realize this, we can finally see how powerful and capable we actually are and our dreams and desires become more achievable than ever before.

Being self-compassionate and always-curious are foundational skills that helps us unlock this inner power and re-learn to trust our wisdom. This is the reason why my coaching approach builds on developing self-compassion as an integral skill, helping us to stay motivated and deal better with failure, negative self-talk, or regressing into old habits.

I'm not here to teach you how to live the perfect life. I am here to understand where you are now and help you get where you'd like to be. Through providing support, accountability, and curated tools and information that will help you unlock your power.
